Application of liquefied petroleum gas
(1) Subcritical biotechnology low temperature extraction
Subcritical biotechnology low temperature extraction is a new oil production technology (butane, the main component of LPG, has four carbon atoms, so it is called No.4 solvent). Compared with No.6 solvent extraction technology, it has significant economic and social benefits. Its outstanding advantage is "room temperature leaching, low temperature desolvation", which can extract oil without destroying the active substances and plant protein in oil, creating conditions for the extraction of valuable oil and the development and utilization of plant protein. Secondly, the steam consumption is less, and the coal consumption in the oil production process is reduced by more than 80%, so as to reduce the cost and the emission of "three wastes". At the same time, compared with supercritical extraction, it has the advantages of low cost and large scale.
(2) Kiln roasting
Many industrial kilns and heating furnaces use liquefied petroleum gas as fuel, such as firing porcelain tiles with liquefied petroleum gas, baking and rolling thin plates with liquefied petroleum gas, which not only reduces air pollution, but also greatly improves the firing quality of products.
(3) Automobile fuel
Liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) is used to replace gasoline as vehicle fuel. The change of this kind of fuel greatly purifies the urban air quality, and it is also another development direction of LPG utilization.
(4) Resident life
There are two main ways of life for residents: LPG in bottles and LPG in bottles
a. Through transportation: pipeline transportation is mainly carried out in large and medium-sized cities. It is the mixture of liquefied petroleum gas and air, liquefied petroleum gas and gas, or liquefied petroleum gas and air discharged by fertilizer plants, etc. by city gas companies, it is directly transported to residents' homes for use through management. b. Filling supply: the bottled supply is to distribute LPG from the storage and distribution station to each household through a sealed steel cylinder, which is used as the gas supply source for household stoves.
